Appearance Shape
Tooth profile: The contact line of the tooth flank is an oblique line, and this
helical tooth design allows for a smoother gear mesh.
Overall shape: Both the big gear and the pinion are cylindrical, with a round
hole in the middle for mounting on the shaft. The diameter of the
large gear is significantly larger than that of the small gear, and
the thickness is relatively thicker, and there are evenly
distributed helical teeth.
Structural Parameters
Helix angle: The helix angle is suitable for the 6B double-needle machine
